Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions
- Oversee network security protocols and implement zero-trust architecture
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell for operational efficiency
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP management
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Proven problem-solving skills for complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
