Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3, and VPC configurations
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols (Firewall, IDS/IPS)
- Perform disaster recovery testing and system backups
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues
- Document IT infrastructure and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in system administration with hybrid cloud exposure
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
