Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments in hybrid cloud architecture
- Proactively monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios
- Execute disaster recovery testing and incident response protocols
- Automate deployment pipelines with Ansible and Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Document infrastructure changes and create SOPs
- Mentor junior sysadmins on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-104) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
