Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system performance with Nagios/Zabbix and resolve critical incidents
- Design disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly DR drills
- Document SOPs and provide tier-3 support to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals and TCP/IP
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
