Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate system management using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover drills
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents and performance tuning
- Document infrastructure architecture and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven ability to manage Active Directory environments
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
