Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Proactively monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Splunk dashboards
- Execute patch management cycles across 500+ endpoints using SCCM and Ansible
- Lead disaster recovery drills and incident response for critical business systems
- Automate workflows using Python and PowerShell scripts
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and maintain compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP enterprise configurations
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
