Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Linux/Windows Server infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments
- Manage enterprise-level virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proactively monitor systems using Nagios/Prometheus and respond to security incidents
- Automate deployment workflows with Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Document system architectures and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior administrators and conduct quarterly infrastructure audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Linux/Windows Server
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) and Azure fundamentals
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Certifications (CompTIA Linux+, AWS SysOps, or Windows Server) preferred
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Zabbix, Datadog)
- Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
