We're seeking a proactive problem-solver to optimize our hybrid cloud environment (AWS/Azure), automate complex workflows, and ensure 99.99% uptime. You'll mentor junior engineers and implement cutting-edge security protocols in our SOC 2-certified infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Lead incident response and system recovery with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Implement security best practices including IAM policies, network segmentation, and vulnerability patching
- Optimize system performance and cost efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Document infrastructure architecture and create runbooks for operational excellence
- Mentor junior administrators and conduct regular training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Linux/Windows system administration in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, VPC, Azure AD) and hybrid networking
- Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, SOC 2) and compliance protocols
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and log management
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/SysAdmin) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues
