Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server 2019+ and Linux environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure with Terraform and Ansible
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Develop automation scripts for patch management and deployment
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and Splunk dashboards
- Lead disaster recovery testing and incident response protocols
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior sysadmins on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server and RHEL/CentOS environments
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- AWS/Azure certification (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Network security fundamentals (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- ITIL v4 foundation certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
