Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based systems (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Develop and execute disaster recovery/business continuity plans
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Provide Tier 3 support and document technical procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation tools
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container technologies (Docker/K8s)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
