Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system patches/upgrades
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on cloud migration (AWS/Azure)
- Document infrastructure and create technical SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent
- Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
