Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network services
- Provide Level 3 technical support and system troubleshooting
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
