Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols for network, systems, and data protection
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning and resource allocation
- Lead disaster recovery testing and incident response procedures
- Document IT infrastructure using industry-standard tools (ServiceNow, Ansible)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline automation
- Mentor junior administrators and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Windows Server and Linux systems
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in designing high-availability solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation abilities
