Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network configurations
- Oversee security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access control systems
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues and disaster recovery
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain compliance with SOC2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
