Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid-cloud infrastructure
- Implement and optimize AWS/Azure cloud solutions including EC2, S3, and Active Directory
- Lead security hardening initiatives and compliance audits for PCI/SOX standards
- Design disaster recovery plans and perform regular DR testing
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages
- Mentor junior administrators and document SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud exposure
- Expert-level Windows Server and Linux administration
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect or CompTIA Server+
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
