CyberCore Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our cloud-based systems while ensuring maximum uptime and security. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Linux/Windows server environments
- Manage AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and automation tools
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/Zabbix and resolve critical incidents
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls and intrusion detection
- Oversee backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system configurations and SOPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of system administration in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Linux/Windows Server administration
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
