Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across on-premises and AWS environments
- Manage cloud services including EC2, S3, and RDS with a focus on security and scalability
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and Splunk, resolving incidents within SLA
- Implement robust backup/recovery solutions and disaster protocols
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Linux/Windows system administration
- Expertise in AWS services and hybrid cloud architecture
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Certifications in AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience with network security principles (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
