Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade Windows/Linux systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Monitor system performance with tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Provide Tier-3 support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Document processes and maintain configuration management databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux distributions (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS SysOps, or MCSE) preferred
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid architectures
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
