Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and wide-area network infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory and user provisioning.
- Implement and manage cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) for scalable storage and compute.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to protect organizational data assets.
- Monitor system performance, security logs, and automate routine maintenance tasks using scripting.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for IT automation.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team.
