Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across on-premises and AWS/Azure environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and automate repetitive tasks using Ansible/Terraform
- Manage enterprise-level security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and identity access management
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and implement backup solutions for critical data
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain configuration management databases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Linux and Windows Server
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent required
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) and automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in high-availability environments
