Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux systems and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk; troubleshoot complex issues
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, encryption) and ensure compliance
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell/Python scripts
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system backup initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS EC2/S3 or Azure VMs)
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
