Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN infrastructures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Implement security protocols and compliance measures (SOX, HIPAA)
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell/Python/Bash
- Oversee cloud migrations and hybrid cloud integrations
- Document processes and create technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Certification (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or RHCSA preferred)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven scripting abilities for automation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
