Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure services
- Oversee network security protocols and threat mitigation
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and tuning
- Document IT processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience with Windows Server 2016+
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
