Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise Windows/Linux servers.
- Implement and maintain enterprise-level security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect sensitive data.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues, hardware failures, and software conflicts.
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and drive digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator in a Windows and Linux environment.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Server 2019/2022.
- Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or MCSE are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
