Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection systems
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for complex system issues
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Document network architecture and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu/CentOS
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud platform experience
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Strong problem-solving skills with 24/7 on-call rotation
