We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can manage both on-premise legacy systems and modern cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux, Azure).
- Implement and monitor network security protocols and firewalls to protect sensitive data.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and enterprise applications.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).
- Conduct hardware upgrades and software installations for the IT department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- CompTIA Security+ or higher certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
