Responsibilities
- Manage and secure Windows/Linux server environments across on-premise and AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Implement DevOps pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins for automated deployments
- Monitor system performance with Zabbix and Splunk, proactively resolving bottlenecks
- Design disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly failover drills
- Lead network infrastructure upgrades including Cisco switches and Fortinet firewalls
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services with hands-on experience in EC2, S3, and VPC
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Microsoft Azure required
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using Wireshark
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
