Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/On-Prem)
- Manage Windows Server and Linux environments (200+ systems)
- Oversee network security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 support and incident response for critical systems
- Optimize system performance and implement disaster recovery plans
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server (2016+) and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
