Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup systems
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize network performance
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Python and scripting tools
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with ITIL standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Strong expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- Experience with network monitoring and security frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
