Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and system outages within SLA requirements
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
