Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure including VMs, networking, and security groups
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Monitor system health using Nagios/Zabbix and respond to incidents within SLA
- Execute patch management and vulnerability remediation across 150+ endpoints
- Document IT processes and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps on containerization projects (Docker/Kubernetes)
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper)
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
