Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage on-premise and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments (Azure/AWS).
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical server systems and network applications.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory and DNS/DHCP services.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity protocols and backup solutions.
- Automate routine tasks and system maintenance using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior system administrators.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux (Red Hat/CentOS).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs).
- CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
