Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Develop automation scripts for deployment and monitoring
- Oversee network security protocols and incident response
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Provide Tier 3 support and document technical procedures
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps Admin
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/KVM)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios/Zabbix)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
