Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee backup/DR systems with 99.9% uptime SLA compliance
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Bash and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead virtualization projects (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex infrastructure incidents
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise networking
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Ansible)
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud proficiency
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
