Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux/Windows server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Oversee network security protocols and vulnerability management
- Provide Tier 3 support and incident response for critical systems
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Ansible)
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent
- Experience with scripting (Python/Bash) and automation tools
- Proven incident management and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
