Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including virtualization and container orchestration
- Manage network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and incident response for critical systems
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies
- Strong knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V virtualization technologies
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid US driver's license and clean background check required
