Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPN systems
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues and system outages
- Automate deployment and monitoring processes using scripting tools
- Document system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Proven expertise with Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, TCP/IP, and security best practices
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or MCSA preferred)
