Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments using Active Directory and VMware
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and Splunk; troubleshoot network issues via Cisco ASA firewalls
- Execute disaster recovery plans and automate deployment processes with Ansible
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms
- Document SOPs and provide tier-3 support for enterprise applications
- Lead security audits and implement NIST compliance measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019+
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services and Terraform
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven ability to manage hybrid cloud deployments
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
