Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) environments
- Implement and maintain Azure AD, Office 365, and AWS services
- Oversee network infrastructure including Cisco switches/firewalls and VPN solutions
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible for routine tasks
- Monitor system health using Nagios and Splunk, resolving incidents proactively
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Certifications: MCSA/MCSE or CompTIA Server+ required, Azure/AWS certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
