Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Automate tasks using PowerShell/Python scripts
- Monitor system performance and capacity planning
- Document procedures and maintain compliance with SOX standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+ required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid architectures
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
