Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Oversee security protocols, patch management, and compliance frameworks
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues and outages
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Document systems architecture and create runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong Azure/AWS cloud platform experience
- Active certification (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
