Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions during dedicated weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement architectural improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation for all weekend operations.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime during off-peak hours.
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle critical incidents as they arise.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a language such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience working in a shift-based or on-call environment.
- Strong proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relocation assistance eligibility (must be willing to move to Boston, MA).
