Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect and design robust, scalable, and high-performance software systems that align with business goals.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in modern languages (Java, Python, or Go) while adhering to best practices.
- Coding Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and prevent regressions.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to deploy updates to production environments seamlessly.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
