Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern architecture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Optimization: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Best Practices: Drive the adoption of industry-standard coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Language: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and distributed systems.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
