Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using Python, JavaScript, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to define features and technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and security.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on remote collaboration.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (React or Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
