Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) or backend technologies (Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
