Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the codebase and infrastructure, implementing performance improvements to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to minimize bugs and ensure product stability.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for all systems, APIs, and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with deep understanding of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, including serverless architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database Skills: Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
