Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and drive the technical vision.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure applications run smoothly under heavy load.
- Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on building robust systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
