Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software architectures for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers in both Minneapolis and Ohio offices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering standards.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Ability to commute to Minneapolis or work at our Ohio facility.
