Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Terraform, and AWS DevOps tools
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
- Ensure system security through rigorous testing and compliance audits
- Drive scalability improvements handling 10M+ daily API transactions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in distributed systems and RESTful API design
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go preferred)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design aptitude
